Dough

Hatchette

Hachette Publishing was rereleasing Dough, a hugely popular title from its back catalogue. To mark the occasion, the publisher wanted to give the book a completely new look, inside and out. I was responsible for redesigning the interior pages, creating a fresh appearance while retaining the design principles Hachette wanted to preserve.

Although it was a substantial book to assemble, I loved exploring all the bread recipes and felt genuinely honoured to work on it. I found myself eating a lot of buttered toast, unsurprisingly!
